Terms & Conditions — 97gam Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 97gam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 97gam website located at https://97gam.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications offered therein.

97gam is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform provides sports betting markets, live casino services, game guides and responsible gambling resources. All content is intended for informational and entertainment purposes and is directed at adults only.

By registering an account, accessing any part of this platform or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal user account created upon successful registration on the 97gam platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award or other incentive offered to Users subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals and certain high-value transactions are approved.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be staked from a Bonus before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is illegal or where accepting our services would subject us to regulatory sanction.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a financial stake placed by a User on an outcome offered by the platform.
• "Live Betting" means betting placed on events or outcomes that are in progress at the time of the wager.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary agreement by a User to restrict their own access to the platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base display currency of the platform for Pakistani users.

To register and maintain an account on 97gam, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. This platform is strictly for adults only. Underage gambling is prohibited.
2. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. You are solely responsible for verifying your local laws before registering or depositing.
3. You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of any Account activity.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 97gam Account. Multiple accounts per User are strictly prohibited.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the Account for any commercial or syndicate purpose without prior written approval.
7. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee of 97gam or its affiliated operators.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as required by the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and country of residence.

97gam accepts deposits through payment methods that are made available on the platform from time to time. Familiar Pakistani payment references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and domestic bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are used as contextual references only.

• All deposits are displayed and processed in PKR unless otherwise indicated on the deposit screen.
• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed at the time of transaction. 97gam reserves the right to update these thresholds without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 97gam does not charge fees on deposits but is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank, wallet provider or payment processor.
• If a deposit fails to reflect in your Account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference before attempting a second deposit.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once all of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. Your Account has completed full KYC verification.
2. Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus funds have been met.
3. The withdrawal amount meets the operator's published minimum withdrawal threshold.
4. The withdrawal method is the same as or consistent with the primary deposit method used on the Account.

97gam may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, and the general conditions set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit, game restrictions and time limits) are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. Contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• 97gam reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or voiding any winnings derived from a bonus if it believes the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, account duplication or abuse of promotional mechanics.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a Bonus is active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum stake during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings.
• Bonuses are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, and expire if not used within the stated validity period.

All wagers placed on 97gam are subject to the platform's General Betting Rules and any sport- or game-specific rules published in the relevant market. The following provisions apply to all betting activity:

Cricket markets, including PSL T20 and ICC tournament events, are subject to additional cricket-specific rules published in the Sports Rules section of the platform. These rules take precedence over general betting rules for cricket events.

97gam is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. The following tools and obligations apply to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Reductions apply immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may define maximum loss thresholds over specified time periods. Once reached, further betting is suspended for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Automated reminders and session caps are available to help maintain awareness of gambling duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a cooling-off period or formal self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is enforced platform-wide and reversal requests are subject to a mandatory waiting period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts during extended sessions provide balance and time summaries.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97gam platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and potential legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or software to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted for human users.
• Exploiting technical glitches, errors in odds or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate bet outcomes or share bonus entitlements.
• Arbitrage betting conducted systematically across accounts or platforms in a manner designed to extract guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities, proxy connections or VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activity or use of funds derived from criminal conduct through platform transactions.
• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer or compromise the security or integrity of the platform or its data.

All content on the 97gam platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, betting market data, software and design elements — is the property of 97gam or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from 97gam.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 97gam shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User, including losses incurred during periods of technical outage or delayed bet settlement.
• Errors in third-party data feeds, sports event outcomes or odds calculations caused by factors outside the platform's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any damages arising from reliance on information presented on this platform that does not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

97gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order or regulatory instruction.
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder.

Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the primary withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may not be retracted once confirmed if the closure was made as part of a responsible gambling self-exclusion request.

97gam reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email notification to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The "Effective Date" shown in the header of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Prior versions are available upon request.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary license, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the User's local jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a User and 97gam, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the platform's internal complaints procedure in the first instance. Users may submit a formal complaint to support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 97gam will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and provide a resolution response within 28 days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, Users may escalate to any independent dispute resolution service recognised by the operator's licensing authority, subject to the eligibility rules of that service.
