Platform Controls
These tools are available in your account settings. They are enforced platform-wide and cannot be bypassed. Use them proactively — before a problem develops, not after.
Cap the total amount you can deposit over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Limits are enforced at the payment stage — you simply cannot deposit beyond the threshold you have set. Reducing a limit takes immediate effect; increasing one requires a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once your net losses reach that threshold, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period — protecting you from chasing losses in the heat of the moment during a PSL match or live casino session.
Set a maximum session duration. When time is up, an on-screen notification appears and the session can be ended automatically. You can also enable mid-session check-ins — periodic prompts that show you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
Request a short-term account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours or up to 7 days. During the cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once set. This tool is for moments when you know a break is the right choice.
